Every stage has a defined result and next control point, so the customer can see where the project stands and what must be confirmed next.
A project starts not with manufacturing, but with understanding the input data: geometry, material, annual volume and tooling requirements.

After DFM approval, the project moves to the 3D model, specification and control plan, followed by CNC, EDM, grinding and assembly.
Press tryout allows geometry, material-behavior and stroke-stability issues to be resolved before delivery. The acceptance package is then prepared.

To avoid surprises with inspection and changes at the end of the project, key acceptance and approval rules are defined in advance.
We define process risks, critical part areas and requirements for the future tooling.
We define measurable parameters, reports and geometry inspection before tryout.
Acceptance criteria, control points and change procedures are defined in the agreed specification.
The short roadmap shows what the customer should receive at each step.
