INNOTECH / SUPPLIER PROFILE

Full-cycle manufacturing site for stamping tooling

63 machines across 7 process groups. CNC, EDM, finishing, inspection and tryout are connected within one manufacturing site.

How the site is structured

One production chain instead of multiple contractors

INNOTECH integrates manufacturing, dimensional inspection and tryout within one site. For the project, this means fewer external handoffs and a shorter loop between an issue and its correction.

Equipment fleet

63 machines across 7 process groups

The equipment fleet supports the full project route. Machines added in 2024–2025 expand parallel-processing capacity and reduce dependence on any single production operation.

LARGE FORMAT / PARALLEL CAPACITY
Production scale

Large format for heavy components. A mid-size machine fleet for parallel work.

Heavy machining centers handle large components, while the CNC and EDM fleet distributes operations across multiple machines.

What this changes for the customer

The production structure supports schedule, corrections and acceptance

01 / HANDOFFS

Fewer external handoffs

CNC, EDM, finishing, inspection and tryout follow one integrated production logic.

IN-HOUSE ROUTE
02 / CHANGE CONTROL

Corrections return directly to production

Issues found during fitting, measurement or tryout do not pass through a long chain of third-party contractors.

SHORTER FEEDBACK LOOP
03 / QC

Geometry is verified before the press

CMM and 3D scanning provide a measurable baseline before tryout and reduce late-stage corrections.

MEASURE BEFORE TRYOUT
04 / ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance criteria are defined in advance

The control plan, measurement reports and project checkpoints are agreed before project completion.

CONTROLLED ACCEPTANCE
